Cost drivers

What moves the number

Size and depth

Volume drives excavation, structure, filtration capacity and running cost more than any other decision.

Construction system

FRP, membrane, vinyl liner and concrete each carry a different structural and finishing cost.

Site and access

Soil, water table, rooftop or podium locations and crane access can change civil scope significantly.

Water treatment

Chlorine-free mineral and UV-ozone systems cost more upfront and less to run week to week.

Finishes

Membrane pattern, stone coping, liner detailing and deck material set the final character and price.

Features

Infinity edges, spas, deck jets, underwater lighting, heating and automation are priced per feature.

Questions

Swimming pool cost FAQs

How much does swimming pool construction cost in India?

A residential pool typically starts at about ₹3.5 lakh for a readymade FRP shell and ₹4.5 lakh for a membrane pool at 20 x 10 ft. Larger membrane pools run ₹9–14 lakh, and bespoke concrete pools begin around ₹15 lakh depending on geometry, finishes and features.

What is the cost per square foot of a swimming pool?

As a planning figure, most residential pools in India work out between ₹2,200 and ₹4,500 per square foot of water surface, inclusive of structure, waterproofing, finishes and standard filtration.

Is an FRP pool cheaper than a concrete pool?

Yes. A readymade FRP pool is the lowest-cost route because the shell is factory-built and installed in about a week, with far less civil work than a concrete pool.

What does the quoted price include?

Our quotations are fixed and all-inclusive: excavation, structure, waterproofing, finishes, filtration, plumbing, lighting, commissioning and handover training. There are no stage-wise escalations.

What does a pool cost to run each month?

Running cost depends on volume, pump hours and treatment. A chlorine-free mineral and UV-ozone system reduces weekly chemical use substantially compared with conventional chlorine dosing.
